Signing Up

Knowing what free-spirited individuals freelancers are we've tried to make Brighton Desk Space as flexible as possible.

You can sign for three, six or twelve months at a time and we also offer hot desks for drifters who want to hook up with Brighton for a day, do what they need to do, and then head off into the sunset.

3-month licence	£275 PCM
6-month licence	£250 PCM
12-month licence	£225 PCM
Hot Deskers from	£25 per day
PCM = Per Calender Month

How to apply

Step 1. Decide on the date when you would like
your licence to begin.

Step 2. We need a copy of your passport and a recent utility bill with your name and address on it, or company number if you're registered.

Step 3. Your licence agreement can be made out to either your home or registered company address.

Step 4. On signing the agreement you will pay a deposit equal to one month's licence fee plus a £50 deposit to cover keys and security tag.

Step 5. Your fee for your first month's occupancy is then payable in advance.

Congratulations! You are now a Desker, easily the most respected, admired and often imitated members of Brighton's professional working community. Other Deskers will wave when they see you on the street and you will become strangely attractive to members of the opposite sex (or the same sex if that way lies your preference).
