Ask the Desker...

How's work going?
Very well thank you.

Why did you decide to take space at BDS?
Because it would have been silly not to.

How do you take your tea?
Regular, milk no sugar in the morning, green in the afternoon. No half-cups please. And keep'm coming.

If you weren't doing what you are doing, what would you do?
I would sulk.

If you were alone at BDS and could play a song really loud, what would it
be?

Cannonball, by The Breeders

What might we be surprised to know about you?
I am very, very scared of zombies

Ideal meal for two in Brighton?
Grubbs burger (with garlic and mushrooms) and a large portion of fries (to share) on a bench on the seafront, by the West Pier, at dusk, watching the starlings.

What do you like to read when you're not working?
Blogs, books, biographies, anything starting in B.

In five year's time, I hope to be...?
...still the undisputed BDS scrabble champion.

How do you find the location of BDS?
Rather perfect. For a word geek like me, it is particularly thrilling to be three minutes away from the library.

Couldn't work without...?
...BDS!

What is your experience of BDS?
Wonderful atmosphere and exciting kettles.

Is there something else you would like to say?
Yes, I'd like to make a formal complaint about Paul Sharville. He keeps lying about whose turn it is to make tea.
